What should be done when the discount card has not been delivered to the customers due to the mailing problems?
In such cases, the customer should call Customers Service personally and should advise the problem. Then he should specify the store where he wants to buy clothing. The Customers Services Department will send a copy of the discount card by fax to the specified store. So he can use his discount card holding his ID card. This card is valid for 3 days from the date the copy has been faxed to the store. In order to prevent such problems you can inform the change of address (if any) to the Customers Services at the soonest possible time.
