Under which circumstances purchased products can be exchanged?
If the product is still standard, that is, it still carries label and no correction has been made on it, by giving the invoice, it is possible to replace the product at any store regardless of the store where the product has been purchased. In case of any defect in the product even with due observance of Hacoupian standards, buyer can give the product back to the store together with the invoice( it is possible to give back in any Hacoupian stores, in case of no access to the store where the product has been bought), by filling in the form of "clothes to be checked" and delivering it to the store manager against a receipt. The store manager is obliged to send the product together with the form to the Complain Consideration Unit and inform the buyer of the result.
