While Hacoupian Company has created employment for more than 700 people directly and more than the same number indirectly, it considers “social concern” as an inherent duty of every economic enterprise, because it helps to promote social capital and solve the knots of the society. It is positive for the development of communities. Therefore, Hacoupian Corporation has had significant activities in this field since its establishment. The main goals of these activities can be summarized in the attention and protection of the environment, attention to education, appreciation of national heroes, decoration of the country’s representatives in various national and international scenes, and support of art and national artists.

Mr. Hacoupian, the founder, has established the Iranian Fashion and Textile Designers Association as well as the Association of Iran Textile Industries in order to systematize the trade union activities of the clothing industry. . In active interaction with decision-making centers of the country, these associations have played a significant role in maintaining the dynamics of real and legal persons in the field of clothing and design in various economic and social conditions.

In this regard, his continuous communication with the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Technical and Professional Organization of the country in order to follow up and solve the problems of clothing activists, to compile regulations for the production, distribution and export of clothing and cooperation, has been very effective and progressive in preparing upstream documents in the struggle against the smuggling of goods related to this industry.

On the other hand, paying special attention to increasing the quality and quantity of domestic production and the resulting job creation is one of his prominent priorities. Therefore, by pioneering the creation of a special Iranian Clothing Town with the cooperation of more than 200 producers (which was promoted by the honorable presidential official), as well as training and investing in the employment of female heads of households, he entered a memorandum of understanding regarding small workshops with the Planning and budget Organization.

Designing and sewing the uniforms of the flight attendants of the Asian Games in the same year and the uniforms of the members of the Tehran Symphony Orchestra between the years 1974 and 1977 were other activities of Hacoupian in the public arena of the country.

Paying attention to the environment is especially important in Hacoupian from the extensive investment in the field of water and waste treatment at Hacoupian factories to the regulations related to reducing waste in production have always been considered. This is not the end of the work. Suppliers of raw materials are also carefully monitored to pay attention to the environment and to reduce waste and water consumption in their production processes. Perhaps the supply of raw materials is done at a higher cost, but the basic principles of Hacoupian are not doubted.

The Cycle Plan is another activity of Hacoupian implemented for many years. In this plan, the customers receive credit for future purchases upon delivery of their old clothes (from the same brand). By repairing and darning the received clothes and washing them again, Hacoupian provides the deprived part of the society with them in different parts of the country. Preservation of the environment and national capital by creating a cycle of reuse and helping the underprivileged are considered in this process.

In the field of education, several main activities are on Hacoupian’s agenda. The first is school building. So far, three schools have been built in the cities of Bomehen, Bam and Kermanshah to provide education for some of the children of this land who have suffered due to economic deprivation or natural disasters such as earthquakes.

The translation and reproduction of educational books in the specialized field of tailoring has been the focus of Mr. Hacoupian, who has tried to make these books available to those interested at much lower costs than the usual prices of textbooks and educational books.

Mr. Hacoupian has also established an educational institute. The main goal of this school is to develop specialized tailoring training with the best methods in the world, such as the method of the Müller Institute. Moreover, his educational activities are continuously being carried out in various universities such as Amir Kabir University of Technology, Al-Zahra University and Designers Association. In order to maintain and develop international relations and transfer the knowledge and experience of the pioneers of this industry in the world, they have repeatedly invited Italian and German professors to hold training courses for those interested.

Dealing with the grace of the country’s national representatives by supporting Iran National Football Teams (17 national teams at different age groups and two women’s and men’s divisions) through a contract with the Islamic Republic of Iran Football Federation from the year 2018 to the end of the year 2020 was a turning point in the grace of the country’s national football team and perhaps considered culture building in the field of football as the most common sport in the country.

But what was done for teenagers, young people and the hopes of women and men is something that has not been done before and may not be done for a long time.

Many lasting measures have been taken in the field of art and attention to artists. Supporting the Iran’s National Orchestra and the Tehran Symphony Orchestra in the form of a contract with the Roudaki Cultural Foundation in 2017 is one of the most prominent of them.

This support started with the presentation of the official clothing for the conductors, musicians and singers of the orchestras, and continued with the financial support for the presence of the selected group of Iran’s National Orchestra in Russia at the same time as the 2018 World Cup games, and continued with several performances in the cities of Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kazan.

Supporting Les Misérables and the Sound of Music plays, and the series of concerts of Jazz Nights with the aim of making it possible for different groups such as students of different universities to attend the aforementioned events, as well as inviting a selection of esteemed doctors to spend a carefree good time with family and friends in the field of art.

In the starry sky of the art of this land, supporting the esteemed master, Mr. Kayhan Kalhor, and his nationwide tour of the Silent City in 2018 and holding 3 online concerts in 2019 are among Hacoupian’s other honors in creating the possibility of public access to the great art and national artists of the country.

Doctors have always been of interest to Hacoupian. Hacoupian believes that paying attention to reference groups and appreciating them will make society more stable. Meanwhile, doctors who, despite their impressive activities in the field of treatment, are sometimes neglected should be given special attention. Therefore, by designing the series of events “Hacoupian Nights for Doctors “, an effort was made to plan carefree opportunities for these people to watch an artistic program together with their families; including the performance of the Iran’s National Orchestra or the Tehran Symphony Orchestra, Les Misérables and the Sound of Music plays , the concert series of Jazz nights.

By designing the two-year badge of Professor Adle, in addition to paying tribute to the name of this famous professor in the country’s medical field, Hacoupian tried to appreciate the medical community and the doctors who have devoted their lives to serving the people honestly and have always served without pretense. The first award was given to the late professor Anoushirvan Hedayat in 2017, and the second award was given to Dr. Farrokh Saeedi in 2019.

From the set of social responsibility activities centered on doctors and medical staff, it is the production of protective clothing for the medical staff (scrubs) with the outbreak of Corona disease at the beginning of 2019 (nearly twenty thousand scrubs). In the early days of the Corona epidemic, by converting the production line of our shirt-making factory to the production of protective clothing for the medical staff and producing thousands of these clothes, we gave our love to the doctors and the medical staff for a lasting objective history and revived the memories of the era of holy defense. Hope that the messianic life givers accept this presence from us.
